• Create high-quality social media content including reels, TikToks, stories, posts, short videos, and on-camera content.
• Develop creative content ideas, scripts, hooks, captions, and concepts that match the brand identity and target audience.
• Shoot and edit property videos, office content, staff videos, community lifestyle content, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage and organize the monthly content calendar in coordination with the marketing team.
• Stay updated with social media trends, platform algorithms, viral formats, and competitor activity in the UAE real estate market.
• Support the marketing team in planning campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, new projects, property launches, and company announcements.
• Coordinate with the graphic designer, videographer, sales team, and management to produce timely and high-quality content.
