Position Information Job Summary Job Duties ARC Instructional Coaches will mentor and provide support and professional development to newly certified ARC teachers who are currently teaching in the field. ARC Instructional Coaches will observe teachers, providing individual support and assistance, as needed, and also collaborate with the teacher’s peer mentor and the building’s administrator in order to help insure a successful transition to the classroom.
