Strategic LeadershipDefine and execute cloud operations strategy aligned with business objectives.Establish operational KPIs, SLIs/SLOs, and drive continuous improvement.Cloud Operations ManagementOversee Azure infrastructure lifecycle: provisioning, monitoring, optimization.Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory standards.Automation & InnovationChampion Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation-first culture.Drive adoption of CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployments.Team & Vendor ManagementBuild and mentor a global operations team; foster SRE and DevOps mindset.Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLA adherence.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with architecture, security, and application teams for seamless operations.Represent cloud operations in executive reviews and governance boards.Technical Expertise
