We are looking for an Architect for one of our clients with the following details:
Start date: ASAP
Project Duration: 3 years
Location: Dubai UAE
Qualification and Experience Required - 5-10 years of total experience, including large-scale projects; aviation sector experience is an advantage.
- Bachelor of Architecture / Master of Architecture Degree or equivalent.
- UAE / Country-specific Society of Engineers membership.
- International Accreditation (RIBA, AIA or equivalent) and Sustainability Certification (LEED, PQP, WELL, or equivalent) preferred.
Knowledge - Statutory Authorities requirements and UAE codes/regulations (Dubai Municipality, Abu Dhabi UPC, Civil Defense, GCAA, etc.).
- IATA Airport Development Reference Manual (ADRM) and ICAO Annexes for airport planning and design.
