Holds a recognized university degree in the field of specialization, qualified to

supervise, review designs and approve materials, hold a professional degree expert

and higher from the Saudi Council of Engineers, experiences of not less than 15 years

for a foreigner to supervise on-site hospital projects , provided that at least half of this

experience in supervising the implementation of hospital projects.

The practical experience must include at least 2 hospital projects.
