We are seeking a skilled Architect with 5–7 years of experience specializing in high-rise custom residential and multifamily projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and can translate design concepts into clear, buildable construction documentation while ensuring alignment across all project phases.
Develop and produce detailed construction drawings for high-rise residential and multifamily projects
Translate design intent into accurate, comprehensive, and buildable documentation
Ensure all drawings meet industry standards, building codes, and client requirements
Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment
Assist in coordination across all phases—from Design Development (DD) through Construction Administration (CA) <...
