Selectek is searching for an Architect with a project management background that can handle projects from concept through the construction process with a solid background in city, county or state projects. 


Required:

5+ years of managing projects from concept through construction

Experience with the management of projects (Libraries, Courthouse, Schools, Universities, Municipalities Structures) for City, County and State

Able to develop and track schedules while coordinating communications with team members and contractors

Prepare budgets and manage costs on projects

Manage billing

BS Degree in Architecture - Licensed Architect is a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and scheduling tools

Pay range: $40/hour - $60/hour ($90,000 - $125,000 annual salary)
