Engineering firm looking to add Architect/Project Manager with Commercial/Industrial experience to their team!
Responsibilities:
Outline project approach and assist withdeveloping fees for project proposals
Lead programming efforts with a focus on
customer service
Lead architecture design while working with
internal design teams to develop innovative/functional designs
Mentor/train junior staff
Identify potential risks and look for alternative
strategies to mitigate them
Ensure projects comply with local building
codes and zoning regulations
Incorporate best practices
Handle construction administration, contractor
questions, and RFI responses
