Job Description
Involvement in project works from inception to completionResponsible for planning, designing and implementing residential projects.Create innovative high-quality architectural designs and design solutions including conceptualization, preparation of plans/ graphics/ documentation/ write-ups, specifications and all other project related materialsWork with internal & external stakeholders e.g. clients, consultants, contractors and workers on various design issues, submissions and the execution of the site worksMonitor project progress to ensure projects are carried out within contract agreement and scheduleAttend project / technical / consultant meetings where required Any other duties as and when assigned e.g. Design competitionRequirements:
Degree in Architecture, BArch or MArch, from recognised and accredited institutionsWell-versed in design, CAD, and 3D modelling software and technologies such as AutoCAD, Rhino,...
