Job Description The Project Coordinator (Architecture) shall ensure all architectural works are carried out as per approved architectural drawings and specifications and all interface details with SWCs works are carried out as per CCSM and Reflected Ceiling Plans.
Requirements - Degree in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of experience after tertiary education in relevant architectural field in the construction supervision of architectural works for projects of similar scale and complexity in local context.
- Coordinate and liaise with Consultants, Sub-contractors as well as with other technical departments (Structural, M&E) on the design intent requirements and raise technical clarifications for smooth progress of work.
- Able to plan ahead and lead / coordinate all subcontractors for architectural design works
- Relevant experience in construction company and consultant office.
