Job Description
Responsibilities - Attend technical meeting/site meetings with consultants, and provide technical solutions.
- Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues.
- Ensure architectural works are carried out according to specifications / drawings.
- Inform Project Manager/ Construction Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to architectural works.
- Supervise the progress of architectural works on site.
- Coordination of sub-contractor's architectural work and ensuring the work is on schedule.
- Assist the Project Manager in the preparation of reports and presentation to management, clients and stakeholders.
Requirements - Must possess a qualification from the list of universities by BCA and Board of Architects.
