Job Description
Responsibilities - Review Architectural drawings with approved plans and site conditions to highlight discrepancies;
- Work out shop drawing / material submission schedule and follow up with the submission / approval process to ensure not delaying site progress;
- Coordinate site/drawings across all trades to avoid clashing and ensure smooth sequencing;
- Conduct site inspections, implement architectural QAQC plans.
- Ensure compliance with RI, TOP, CSC requirements;
- Liaise with consultant team to resolve architectural detailing, technical issues before execution;
- Track architectural progress, prepare progress report and assist in verifying subcon progress claims
- Attending meeting with Clients, Consultants and contractors, record minutes of meeting;
- Proficient with AutoCAD and able to amend drawings
