Responsibilities . Review Architectural drawings with approved plans and site conditions to highlight discrepancies . Work out shop drawing / material submission schedule and follow up with the submission / approval process to ensure not delaying site progress . Coordinate site/drawings across all trades to avoid clashing and ensure smooth sequencing . Conduct site inspections, implement architectural QAQC plans. . Ensure compliance with RI, TOP, CSC requirements . Liaise with consultant team to resolve architectural detailing, technical issues before execution . Track architectural progress, prepare progress report and assist in verifying subcon progress claims . Attending meeting with Clients, Consultants and contractors, record minutes of meeting .
