Job Description

Within the International Operating Model, the Atlanta‑based restaurant design “Hub” defines Chick‑fil‑A's global design standards, guidelines and operational principles, then partners with each in‑country “Division” on local application and execution.

In partnership with the Design Hub, this role will lead in‑country division design partners and vendors in support of the development pipeline.

Job Responsibilities & Activities in support of the Restaurant Development pipeline:

• Provide design expertise for all Chick‑fil‑A location types including standalone drive‑thru, high street and mall locations
• Ensure production of design deliverables produced by design partners including regional specifications adapted from the domestic performance standards
