Key Responsibilities



Prepare architectural drawings and layouts for single detached housing projects

Ensure all deliverables meet required deadlines

Produce accurate scale modeling with strong attention to detail

Present layouts clearly and professionally

Utilize ArchiCAD in producing high-quality drawings

Collaborate effectively with the team and other departments

Perform other duties that may be assigned by management



Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent

At least 2 years of relevant work experience

Preferably 1–4 years experienced employees in Architecture/Interior Design

Proficient in ArchiCAD

Good English communication skills

Strong team player

Willing to start immediately
