Job Description
Responsibilities - Conceptualize and develop architectural concepts, designs, feasibility studies that meet client requirements and aspirations;
- Establish medical planning and design parameters/principles;
- Coordinate with other design professionals, including engineers and landscape architects, to integrate all aspects of the project design;
- Work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage time efficiently across multiple projects;
- Lead presentations to clients, effectively communicating design vision, and responding to feedback to refine project outcomes;
- Competent in construction details, and able to do design development;
- Ensure that all designs adhere to relevant codes, regulations, and sustainability standards;
- Able lead and manage a team of architectural personnel;
