Job scope:
Attend site walk, site meetings ⁠Regularly monitor site for progress and produce site reports ⁠Collate and report updates on drawings and site information ⁠Submit RFIs and inspection requests ⁠Attend to site RTO inspections, conduct QAQC checks on goods and materials according to ITP checklist Provide timely updates on site changes Measure site construction openings accordingly to plans and room books
Skill set: Able to read construction drawings Computer literacy, will require to do a lot of online submissions Proficient in Microsoft word, excel ⁠Experience in construction industry ⁠Basic autocad skills is a plus 5.5 days work week.
