Reporting to the Senior Architectural Manager, the Architectural Manager will play a key role within an award‑winning team, supporting the delivery of high‑quality residential developments in line with Cala’s standards and values. The role focuses on the coordination, management, and delivery of architectural and technical information across multiple projects, ensuring design excellence and consistency throughout all stages of development.

You will work closely alongside external consultants, building control bodies, and suppliers, taking responsibility for ensuring that all technical information is delivered accurately, on time, and in accordance with Cala requirements. Acting as a key point of contact for architectural matters, you will manage and maintain strong relationships with clients, external agencies, and consultants, contributing to the successful delivery of multiple developments.
