Role
We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive growth of our dental portfolio. The role involves team leadership key account management, strong field execution, and operational excellence across the assigned territory.

Eligibility (mandatory)
Education :

Graduate (BDS/ B.pharm/m.pharm/any Graduate; MBA - Sales & Marketing preferred)
Total experience: 6-8 years
Dental experience : minimum 3-4 years in dental segment (mandatory)
Team handling experience : 3-4 years
Therapy exposure: dental/ oral care / implants / regenerative dentistry

Key responsibilities
Achieve sales targets, market share, and growth objectives for the assigned area.
Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to ensure productivity and capability building.
