Our MXCF Operations network delivers millions of packages and smiles to Amazon customers each day. We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Area Manager for the new Inbound Cross Dock (IXD) – the first of its kind in Mexico. This state‑of‑the‑art facility represents a significant milestone in Amazon’s expansion in Latin America, featuring new processes and innovative cross‑docking solutions.

In this role you will lead a team of hourly workers, maintaining the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance, and will play a key role in meeting service‑level agreements and delivery expectations to ensure inventory is efficiently processed and distributed from vendors to our Fulfillment Centers (FCs).
