As an Area Manager, you will lead and manage cleaning operations across multiple education client sites, ensuring consistently high standards of service delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction. This hands‑on, multi‑site role places full accountability for operational performance, people management, and financial control in your hands. You will work closely with clients, school stakeholders and internal teams to deliver services safely and in line with contractual and statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Recruit, vet and deploy staff in line with safer recruitment standards (Enhanced DBS, Children’s Barred List, right to work verification, risk assessments)
