Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Unit Leadership & Operations Portfolio Oversight:
  • Take full accountability for the performance and operations of a minimum of 10 outlets.
  • On-Ground Presence: Maintain a high-visibility leadership style, with the discipline to visit a minimum of 2 outlets per day to ensure standards are upheld.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure every outlet in your area delivers the Santan Premium Quality promise in food, service, and cleanliness.
  • Shift Leadership: Lead by example by working shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to support your teams during peak business periods.
• Financial Performance & Strategy:
  • P&L Management: Responsible for the collective Profit and Loss of your assigned stores. You must drive cost-management initiatives and labor efficiency across the area.
