Churchill Estates Management are recruiting for an Area Manager to oversee a number of independent retirement housing developments in and around Surrey and Sussex.

This is a fixed term contract for a period initially up to 31st December 2026 and is open to internal applicants only.

The Area Manager ensures that we deliver a first class, cost effective management service combined with exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations and achieves targeted profitability.
