Job Description
We are looking for a strong kitchen leader who can confidently step in for the Head Chef, support menu development and new food innovations, and drive profitability through excellence in execution.
This role will involve travelling to and supporting various sites, sometimes at short notice, and working closely with the Head Chef, Account Lead Chef and Catering Manager to deliver against budgetary and operational targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef, maintaining company standards, policies and procedures relating to Health & Safety, Food Hygiene and COSHH. Support multiple sites within the GPA contract as and when required, adapting quickly to different teams, kitchens and service styles, sometimes at short notice.
