Drive business growth within scope and targeted profitability for General Trade Channel at designated area 

Grow sales (volume & value mix), market share, Numeric and weighted distribution within scope. Execute Kraft Heinz strategic commercial plans including but not limited to: new market/channel entry, geo-expansion, direct-to-consumer, new product launches, cross-category promotions, in-store space acquisitions, distributor management, trade engagement/loyalty, in store execution resulting of salesmen routine, promotion adherence, etc. Execute targeted portfolio strategy (SKU/channel/area mix) to attain maximum value creation. Drive local/tactical initiatives and propose new projects within scope with prepared business plans. Implement standard of distributor sales process in order to maximize distributor efficiency & give advice strategy to get Profitability for Distributor.
