Overview

The Area Sales Manager – Large Contractors owns the large contractor customers within the Wales and West Region (including Wales). They build strong working relationships with existing and new clients, leveraging the full breadth of Schneider Electric’s offers and services. Responsibilities include achieving targets for orders, sales, profitability and strategic initiatives, and building a robust internal support network.

Key responsibilities

  • Area Sales Strategy – Create a growth strategy for named accounts, set clear targets for existing account growth and new customer acquisition, and link with channel and marketing teams to deliver customer engagement.
  • Financial KPIs – Meet or exceed KPIs for orders, sales, margin, new customer acquisition and win rates while managing MDF and expenses.
