Develop and monitor dealer sales operations to maximize customer satisfaction, sales volume, and market share target achievement.
Responsibilities
- Drive dealer sales operations (business, sales processes, and sales force HR) to maximize customer satisfaction, productivity, and volume achievement.
- Monitor dealer sales performance and showroom operations across region.
- Plan and develop the authorized Suzuki dealer sales network.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in All Major.
- Experience: Min. 4 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and auditing processes is a strong plus.
- License: Proficient driver with a valid manual (M/T) and automatic (A/T) driver's license (SIM A).
