Job Description
- Supervise the daily operations of multiple locations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor the performance of individual locations and departments to ensure they meet operational standards and business goals.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess performance, address challenges, and provide feedback to managers and staff.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety protocols across all locations
- Manage and support location managers and staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to perform their roles effectively.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to help team members achieve their full potential.
- Promote a positive work environment by fostering teamwork, motivating staff, and addressing any employee concerns or conflicts.
