POSITION SUMMARY
The ARRT Technologist performs a variety of imaging procedures and is responsible for patient safety protocols. Functions as the first line with customers in the successful accomplishment of their imaging needs.Perform a variety of tasks involved in pertaining x-ray equipment to make radiographs of designated body portions. Adjust equipment for proper radiographic exposure techniques in accordance with radiation safety guidelines. (ALARA)OVERVIEW
The evaluation is to assure individual performance, departmental goals and organizational goals are aligned. It is designed to support communication between the manager and the employee.
