5-7 years of hands-on experience in AS400 (IBMi) development Strong expertise in RPG/RPGLE Experience with DB2/400 Proficiency in SQL and CL programming and job scheduling Experience in application solutioning as well as code review Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units Ability to work independently and excellent problem-solving skills
