Hays are recruiting for an experienced ASB / Neighbourhood Officer on a temporary ongoing basis in the Staffordshire area.

Your new role

Key Duties:

Investigate reports of anti-social behaviour and nuisanceplaints.

Engage with residents, witnesses, and partner agencies to gather evidence and resolve issues.

Develop and implement action plans to address ASB cases effectively.

Prepare case files and documentation for legal proceedings where necessary.

Promotemunity safety and deliver preventative initiatives.

Maintain accurate records and ensurepliance with relevant legislation and policies.

Skills & Experience:

Strongmunication and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of ASB legislation and enforcement processes.

Ability to manageplex cases and work collaboratively with stakeholders.

Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
