Job Summary: Provide exceptional support to patients, healthcare providers, and team members by performing precise and timely laboratory testing. Communicate results effectively to ordering practitioners with professionalism and accuracy. Essential Responsibilities:
Ensure accuracy in all laboratory testing procedures.
Perform quality control, quality assurance, and routine maintenance of laboratory equipment.
Comply with all regulatory agency guidelines and standards.
Manage workload efficiently and report any outstanding specimen issues.
Assist with problem resolution and maintain productivity standards.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education: Bachelor's Degree required. Experience: At least one year of post-training laboratory experience is recommended but not mandatory. Licenses or Certifications: American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) certification preferred. Work Shift: Overnight (4th shift). This positio...
