We're looking for a Branch Manager to lead our Ashburton Branch and help shape the next chapter of Good Work at Fulton Hogan. This is a broad leadership role with oversight across the branch's Ashburton District Council Road Maintenance Contract, as well as contracting and quarry operations, so you'll be responsible for a variety of work that keeps the branch and the wider Canterbury region moving.
As the Ashburton Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for a team of 45 staff, where you will lead from the front with a low‑ego, high‑expectation approach. You'll be trusted to drive performance, support your people, and deliver effective, efficient, and profitable outcomes across all divisions operating within the branch. It's a role with real scope, real responsibility and real impact.
