- Talent & Development: Drive recruitment, succession planning, and leadership development programs across Asia.
- Culture & Engagement: Champion Discova’s values-led, inclusive, and high-performance culture while respecting local nuances.
- Compliance & Risk: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and employment practices; manage complex employee relations cases.
- Sustainability & Inclusion: Lead initiatives in ESG, diversity, equity, and inclusion; embed sustainability into HR practices.
