support to complex projects involving institutional and industrial stakeholders.
Your responsabilities will include:
Contribute to the day-to-day coordination and administrative support of projectsSupport the preparation, organisation, and follow-up of project progress meetings with customers, consortium partners, and internal stakeholders.Draft and maintain meeting minutes, action lists, internal notes, and other project support documentation.Assist in the preparation of progress reports and related reporting material, including support to schedule and risk follow-up.Help ensure traceability, consistency, and availability of project information and documentation.Identify organisational or procedural inefficiencies and propose practical improvements to support project execution.
