Job Description:
1. Online Order Fulfilment & Last-Mile Delivery
Own end-to-end order processing from receipt to dispatch, ensuring fulfilment within defined SLA
windows (standard and express)
Monitor real-time order dashboards; proactively resolve picking errors, OOS situations, and delayed
dispatches
Coordinate with Delivery Executives (DEs) for timely assignment, dispatch, and route adherence
Track key last-mile metrics: on-time delivery %, failed delivery %, return-to-store (RTS) rate
Handle customer escalations related to late delivery, wrong items, or damaged goods
2. Middle-Mile Coordination
Track hub-to-store and inter-store transfers; ensure timely receipt and accurate documentation
