Job Description:

• 1. Online Order Fulfilment & Last-Mile Delivery

• Own end-to-end order processing from receipt to dispatch, ensuring fulfilment within defined SLA

• windows (standard and express)

• Monitor real-time order dashboards; proactively resolve picking errors, OOS situations, and delayed

• Coordinate with Delivery Executives (DEs) for timely assignment, dispatch, and route adherence
