Higgins is looking for a motivated Depot / Asphalt Plant Manager to lead our Taupō operations. This is a standout opportunity for an experienced operational leader or a high potential professional ready for their next leadership step, with full ownership of a depot, an asphalt plant, and a close knit team.Reporting to the Waikato Surfacing Manager, you’ll have real autonomy to run the operation – balancing people leadership, safety, production, and commercial performance – while being supported by a wider regional leadership team.While the role has a strong asphalt plant and depot focus, we’re also open to candidates with broader experience across surfacing, production, manufacturing, technical, or project delivery who are ready to step into a senior operational leadership role.What you’ll be doing
