Job Summary

To supervise and control all paving related activities on projects, managing the gang, planning the work as per client and Colas requirements, to achieve the minimum outputs required, with regards to the project scope, ensuring all specifications and quality parameters are achieved, in a safe and cost-efficient manner.

Operational Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of a multicultural workforce while ensuring the efficient execution of asphalt paving operations.
• The role includes planning and coordinating manpower, materials, equipment, and project activities, monitoring key performance indicators, and providing daily reports to the Project Manager.
