Responsibilities

Lead and support ASPICE process implementation and compliance across software development lifecycle Develop, review, and maintain ASPICE work products Perform software integration, unit testing, and code development Ensure alignment with ASPICE process areas (SYS, SWE, SUP, VAL) and achieve target maturity levels Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Systems, Algo, QA, Validation) to ensure process adherence and traceability Conduct internal assessments, gap analyses, and support external ASPICE audits. Guide the broader team and ensure process compliance. Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies.

Required Qualificatio
