Hales Group are recruiting for a Assembler to join there busy client within their production team. The role involves assembling components and products in line with drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.
 
Key Responsibilities: 

Assembly of parts and products using hand and power tools
Working from engineering drawings or written instructions
Carrying out quality checks and reporting defects
Soldering
Meeting production targets while maintaining high standards
Adhering to health & safety procedures at all times  Requirements: 

Previous assembly or production experience preferred
Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
