Assembler / Solder Production Operator

**Pay Rate:** **$19.80/hr**

**Shift:**


+ **3rd Shift:** 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday
+ **Training:** Must complete 90–100 days of training on 1st shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) before transitioning to 3rd shift

**Job Summary:**
As an Assembler/Solder Production Operator, you will perform diversified soldering and assembly operations on a variety of products, working with close tolerances and multiple components. This role involves assembling, testing, and finishing units while ensuring compliance with quality standards. Additional responsibilities include team collaboration, supporting shipping/packing, and potentially training peers.
