This role involves assembling, testing, and packaging electro-mechanical products in a lean manufacturing environment. You will work with small parts, hand tools, and basic test equipment to build high-quality products according to visual and written work instructions. The position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow standardized processes, and the flexibility to rotate between different production cells and teams.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble electro-mechanical products using small parts, hand tools, and standardized work instructions.
+ Perform basic go/no-go testing of circuit boards to verify functionality and identify nonconforming products.
