Position: Assembly Operative

Job Type: Temp‑to‑Perm
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £12.71 per hour (rate can rise with experience)

Pure Staff are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative to join a well‑established manufacturing company based in Birmingham. This is a temp‑to‑perm opportunity for an experienced assembler with a strong background in precision mechanical assembly.

The successful candidate will be joining a skilled production team assembling high‑quality automotive components to exacting standards.

Your Role

As an Assembly Operative, your duties will include:

  • Assembling complex mechanical components to detailed engineering drawings and specifications
  • Building and fitting power steering units, steering racks, brake calipers and pump assemblies
