Summary/Objective $41-56k The Assembly Tech Lead is responsible for supervising all areas of assembly within the manufacturing plant to achieve production deadlines and schedule adherence.

This position plans and directs workflow through the communication of task lists and ensures each task is completed efficiently, safely, and that customer expectations are met or exceeded to achieve overall goals of the company.
