**Position Summary**
• Hands‑on assembly role supporting the build and customization of industrial equipment and systems
• Work includes mechanical assembly, basic electrical wiring, and fabrication in a shop environment

**What You’ll Be Doing**
• Perform mechanical assembly and fabrication in a production shop
• Build and customize industrial control panels, junction boxes, and solar power skids
• Cut, drill, tap, and form metal enclosures, brackets, and panels
• Modify fiberglass enclosures and mount sensitive electronic components
• Complete basic Level I electrical wiring
• Assemble mechanical and pipe components
• Match materials to Bills of Material to ensure build accuracy
• Track time, inventory, and quality documentation
• Follow written and verbal work instructions
