PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

• With new and exciting client mandates, our high performing Asset Finance team are seeking to appoint a senior associate to support the delivery of high-value, complex asset finance and leasing transactions for a diverse client base, including financial institutions and lessees/borrowers. 
• You will play a key part in providing first-class legal advice on a wide range of domestic and international asset finance matters.
• Based in Manchester you will form part of our national team of experts working with clients across the UK and Internationally; you will have an opportunity to work alongside a range of partners and team members spread across AG's offices and across numerous sectors including transport and energy.
