Asset Management-Asset Strategy & Lifecycle SME

Provide holistic view of asset lifecycle management in utilities. The Lead provides strategic and analytical asset management support, ensuring that asset planning, lifecycle decisions, and interventions are optimized for safety, reliability, cost, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define asset lifecycle framework (create → operate → maintain → retire)
• Shape:
• Maintenance strategies (RCM, condition-based, predictive)
• Asset policy framework
• Provide approach for long-term asset planning
• Align with regulatory compliance and reliability targets
• Experience in driving asset management maturity improvements across the GCC

Profile

• 12–20 yrs in utility asset management
• Familiarity with ISO 55000
