We're looking for an experienced and forward thinking Asset Manager to join our Hard FM (Estates) team at Queen's Hospital, Romford. This is a key role supporting the delivery of safe, compliant, and efficient healthcare environments through robust asset management, data integrity, and lifecycle planning.
You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Design Teams, Compliance colleagues, Contractors, and client stakeholders to ensure asset information is accurate, accessible, and aligned with both local and national standards. This role is central to the successful implementation of the Local Asset Management Plan (LAMP) and the wider Health & Care Segment Asset Management Plan (SAMP).
