Job Description
ROLE - Monitor solar plant performance remotely through online monitoring portals across the Middle East region
- Oversee plant operations, including preventive and breakdown maintenance, ensuring compliance with utility regulations, grid requirements, and PPA obligations
- Support O&M contractor personnel in troubleshooting operational and technical issues
- Act as the primary client interface and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, utilities, and other stakeholders
- Respond to emergencies in accordance with the Emergency Response Plan and regional HSE requirements
- Prepare and review operational reports, including DGR, WGR, and Monthly MIS reports
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure contractors maintain plants in line with contractual and operational standards
- Drive initiatives to improve plant uptime, generation performance, and operational efficiency
