We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end IT Asset Lifecycle including procurement, allocation, tracking, and disposal
  • Maintain and update asset repositories in tools like ServiceNow (SNOW), Flexera, Traxx
  • Perform asset tagging, labeling, and documentation (laptop certificates, stickers, etc.)
  • Handle material receipting, verification, and returning of faulty hardware
  • Conduct periodic asset audits and physical stock verification activities
